We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase, however, we understand that a return is sometimes necessary. At Beehive Toy Factory we offer a 14 day ‘No Quibble’ refund guarantee. Our Returns Policy is detailed below.
Return an item
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return the item(s) to us within 28 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in perfect resalable condition and with all tags and labels attached. You also have the right to cancel your order with us within the 14 days cancellation period. Full details of your cancellation rights can be found in our terms and conditions. For faulty items please see the section below titled ‘Faulty items’.
Return by post
You will find a returns form enclosed with your order. Please complete the ‘Reason for Return’ section and put the form in your parcel so that we can identify your returned order. We welcome all feedback and so it is really helpful to us if you can include a reason for your return. Please make sure the items are packed securely and send your returns parcel to: Beehive Toy Factory Returns, Lopen Business Park, Mill Lane, Lopen, South Petherton, Somerset, TA13 5JS. All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded or tracked service. If your order is found to be faulty then we will refund any return postage costs.
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you by email that we have received your item and confirm whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days (please not that orders paid using the PartPay Finance option may take slightly longer to refund). Any items returned that have been opened, used, or had labels or packaging removed may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price.
Faulty items
If you have received a damaged or faulty item please call 01460 241800 or email [email protected] within 14 days. Our Customer Service Team will be able to advise you on how to return your faulty goods. Please note that fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse cannot be classed as faults and we will be unable to refund for these reasons.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your Statutory Rights.
